Plugins from github are not working

Hello the plugins from github are not working
i use this version English Nucleus v3.70 (Full)

Can someone help me out

Can you provide more information? eg. what plugins have you tried? What kind of errors are you getting? Is there an error message, or are you not able to install them at all, etc?

i get this error in my plugin detail

Error: plugin file NP_SimpleParagraphs.php could not be loaded, or it has been set inactive because it does not support some features (check the actionlog for more info)

Into the actionlog i get this

2017-01-09 05:07:07 [Jan Molendijk] Plugin NP_SimpleParagraphs was not loaded (File not found)

I tried many other plugins but getting the same error

Are the database tables diffrent then
the pack from Nucleus v3.70 (Full) ???

Because i run a data-base from Nucleus allready
