recent nucleus oddity

Hello folks....

I've had an odd issue for a while now and it's finally annoying enough that I am trying to fix it.

For example if I go to edit a template from /nucleus/index.php?action=templateedit&templateid=38
When I click update template it goes to a 404 page

Error!
404 Not Found

The requested URL /nucleus/index.php was not found on this server.

I get the same error attempting to update certain plugins

any thoughts?

turns out my host was doing some blocking that I had to have removed...
modsecurity to be exact
