Show off your blog, on-line

I don't know if you all aware, but there is a "sites running Nucleus" section on the main Nucleus site. If you like more people to see your cool blog powered by Nucleus, why not list it there?

Go http://nucleuscms.org/sites.php and check it out today.

cheers,

I think the list in question here needs to be updated.

I took a peruse through some of the links, alot of them are dead sites and some of them no longer use Nucleus.

Just a thought.

Anyone can submit sites to it.

There is a moderation step that is semi-automated. When a site is submitted, an agent goes out and retrieves the HTML of the site and inspects it for tell-tale signs of a nucleus site. If any of the signs are found, it is approved automatically and becomes available immediately. If not it sits in a queue awaiting manual approval.

It's hard to tell if your site has been accepted since only 20 randomly chosen sites appear on the list at any one time. You can sit there hitting to refresh button until you see it, but there's no guarantee your site will come up within X number of refreshes.

Ideally, the entire list would be rechecked on a regular basis by the verifying script to clean out dead sites or sites no longer running nucleus. But that hasn't been happening, so there are some dead or wordpress, etc... sites out there.

It could do with a clean up for sites that are basically not there anymore.
