Badly drawn adventures

Postby matt_t_hat » Tue Sep 06, 2011 12:06 pm

This was something I cooked up for fun one day and go back to mostly when someone else finds the page and leaves a comment. I've set this blog up on the Fantastic Cite (my main blog) but I have done things a little differently.

What I have done differently here is to force the very first post of the blog to be the only post that appears on the main page. Normally the first page updates but that wasn't what I wanted here.

Instead viewers get to choose an option or suggest a new one which I will then draw. The way the story unfolds depends largely on the options chosen or how I react when it comes to drawing the results of a new one.

Drawing is fairly intensive and time consuming (it actually takes work to make the drawings look that careless). So updates are not very often.

Take a look at the Badly Drawn Adventures and tell me what you think.

Looks like a good idea. I see from the comments folks play the game.

My kids think it's utterly hysterical. They tell me off if I don't draw updates.

The badly drawn folks also pop up on http://userexcuses.com
