Does Nucleus allow HTML in comments?

Scenario:
"I'm concerned about security and want to know if Nucleus allows HTML in comments."

Solution:
Nucleus does not allow HTML in its comment forms by default as this poses a large security risk. It is recommended to use a plugin if you wish to allow formatting in comments.
